Job Description

- Welcoming guests, allocating rooms for all arrivals

- Provide information about tourist attractions and dining to guests

- Arrange transportation and personal shopping service for guests

- Resolve inquiries and receive feedback from customers

- Survey of customer satisfaction

- Contact and care for customers

- Complete reports on services in the hotel and as required by superiors on a daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly basis

- Respond to emails from guests asking about special offers that the hotel is implementing.
