Job Description

I. Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Support Talent Acquisition Department in Recruitment

II. Job Description:

  • Research and find sources from groups and social media channels suitable for each position;
  • Create content and post the job’s informations into appropriate groups or social media channels to create a source of candidates;
  • Support recruitment events;
  • Support recruitment administrative work (data entry, information collection, submission ...);
  • Other tasks as requested by superiors.

Job Requirement

I. Qualification & Requirements:

  • University students majoring in Human Resource Management, Economics, Languages, Law or other related fields;
  • Good looking;
  • Be able to work full-time;
  • Good English communication skills;
  • Proficient in office computing (Word, Excel,...), good data processing system thinking;
  • Passion in working with people and have an orientation to develop the Human Resources, Recruiting industry;
  • Responsible, proactive at work, eager to learn;
  • Careful, hardworking, honest, enthusiastic, willing to work overtime if required;
  • Start working ASAP and minimum 3 months internship required.
