Job Description

Recruiting for departments of HO or companies assigned to be in charge, including:

  1. Receiving and appraising recruitment proposals from companies/departments/departments
  2. Coordinate with the Units to clarify recruitment requirements / develop job descriptions for vacancies.
  3. Post job ads, search for candidates, screen resumes, test, interview, send invitations to successful candidates,..
  4. Building a database of potential candidates by online and offline channels
  5. Maintain scientific recruitment records.
  6. Make periodic reports on recruitment on a weekly/monthly basis or as directed by superiors.
  7. Coordinate with Departments/Departments in receiving new employees according to the Company's process.
  8. Participate in the development of Professional Procedures/Regulations as assigned.
  9. Develop annual staffing plan of the units assigned to be in charge
  10. Perform other duties as directed by superiors.

Job Requirement

1. Graduated from University with majors: Human Resource Management, Law, Economics, ...

2. At least 03 years of experience in a similar position, preference will be given to candidates who have worked in corporations/companies in the field of real estate, resorts, headhunt service provider, ..

3. Experienced in building recruitment brands, developing recruitment sources through online and offline channels. Priority is given to the 9x generation, proficient in applying technology in recruitment.

4. Good interviewing and negotiation skills, clear voice

5. Good communication and teamwork skills

6. Proficient in office computer (word, excel, powerpoint)

7. Fluent English skills
