*Requirement:*

- At least three years track record at a comparative management level with demonstrable and evidenced success. Ideally high-end corporate, hotel and resorts.

- Strong commercial skills, time - management and prioritization skills, ability to identify opportunities to drive revenues.

- Excellent people management skills

- Professionalism and the ability to communicate at all levels of the business

- Hands-on operator with the ability to lead by example through operational excellence
